在選擇除塵器之前，首先應(yīng)該了解一下機器人焊接工位的數(shù)量，各個工位之間的焊接空間多大，以及客戶自己的除塵需求，當然也可以讓公司專業(yè)人來實地考察。

焊接機器人焊接工位除塵一般情況下是采用除塵房或者是頂吸式集氣罩，這兩種方式都能很好的捕捉焊接粉塵。

具體選擇哪種收集粉塵的形式就需要根據(jù)各廠房的實際情況來定制，我們公司過往的案例中比較多的就是頂吸式集塵的形式。

首先，設(shè)計好集氣罩的尺寸，再根據(jù)車間情況設(shè)計輸塵管路鋪設(shè)方案，我們再給客戶設(shè)計的時候會盡量減少集氣管道的拐彎彎頭，降低對除塵風量的削弱。

Firstly, the size of the gas collection hood should be designed, and then a dust pipeline laying plan should be designed according to the workshop situation. When designing for customers, we will try to minimize the bends and elbows of the gas collection pipeline to reduce the weakening of the dust removal air volume.

再將各個集塵罩連接除塵管路網(wǎng)，管道另一邊連接到除塵器就可以了。

除塵設(shè)備一經(jīng)啟動。風機的風量就會隨著管道到集塵罩，粉塵就會被集氣罩收集，在風機的引導(dǎo)下被收集到除塵器的主機，主機中裝有高效的除塵濾芯，粉塵經(jīng)過濾芯時，就會被攔截，掉落到積灰裝置中。
