主要由分布在各個(gè)工位上的吸氣臂進(jìn)行點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)的焊接煙塵的捕集，集中收集到管道。吸氣臂內(nèi)部支架全部用不銹鋼管制作，耐腐蝕效果好，吸氣臂外部軟管為進(jìn)口防腐耐高溫鋼絲軟管，吸氣臂罩口可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況定為馬蹄形和禮帽型兩種形式。

The point-to-point welding smoke and dust collection is mainly carried out by the suction arms distributed on various workstations, and is concentrated in the pipeline. The internal brackets of the suction arm are all made of stainless steel pipes, which have good corrosion resistance. The external hoses of the suction arm are imported anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant steel wire hoses. 焊接煙塵凈化系統(tǒng)也可分為很多種形式，但大多數(shù)情況采用濾筒是除塵器。濾筒式除塵器優(yōu)勢(shì)在于設(shè)備體積小過(guò)濾面積大，凈化精度高等。

控制系統(tǒng)主要分為兩種形式：

一是變頻控制系統(tǒng)，此控制系統(tǒng)需硬件配備變頻風(fēng)機(jī)，電控管道風(fēng)閥感應(yīng)器件等。達(dá)到根據(jù)開(kāi)工工位數(shù)量進(jìn)行主機(jī)的變頻控制同事控制管道通風(fēng)管路，已達(dá)到定向輸送吸風(fēng)，節(jié)省運(yùn)行能源的目的。

二是非變頻控制系統(tǒng)，此控制系統(tǒng)相對(duì)較為簡(jiǎn)單，設(shè)置主機(jī)開(kāi)關(guān)，手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)管道風(fēng)閥。此系統(tǒng)相對(duì)較為簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用。

The second is a non variable frequency control system, which is relatively simple. The main switch is set and the pipeline air valve is manually adjusted. This system is relatively simple and practical.

一般這兩種系統(tǒng)需要主機(jī)包含脈沖反吹功能。
