伸縮式噴漆房是當下最受歡迎的一種噴漆房，因為它的造價低、外形美觀、占地小、應用靈活、結構簡單、維護便捷等優點，讓它備受青睞。顧名思義，伸縮式噴漆房是一種可以在使用時，可以自動展開形成封閉或半封閉的環保噴漆房，不使用時收縮合攏到一處的特殊環保噴漆房設備。總結來說，伸縮式噴漆房，簡單方便，節省占地面積使用空間，運行成本的也比較低，維護簡單，在大型工件、大型工業機械設備噴漆領域應用最為廣泛。具體見下圖

固定式噴漆房

固定式噴漆房是與伸縮式噴漆房相對的一種噴漆房設備，房體大小、作業場合都是固定不變的。固定噴漆房的技術成熟、性價比高、密封性更高、使用壽命更長，與伸縮式噴漆房相比，后期維護費用要高、使用會有局限性。具體見下圖

The fixed spray booth has mature technology, high cost-effectiveness, higher sealing performance, and longer service life. 水旋式噴漆房是根據廢氣處理的方式作為分類依據的一種噴漆房設備，它一般是采用上送風下排風方式，房頂設置過濾棉，進行空氣的初級過濾，保護室內作業環境，漆霧捕集裝置在噴漆房的下方。在由上而下的風力帶動下，使漆霧與水在噴漆房下部充分混合，從而達到噴漆廢氣凈化的目的。水旋式噴漆房噴漆房平面可大可小，適合于大中型工件的噴漆，例如：汽車外殼、家具等。具體見下圖

It generally adopts the method of upper air supply and lower air exhaust, and the roof is equipped with filter cotton for primary air filtration to protect the indoor working environment. The paint mist capture device is located below the spray booth. Driven by the wind from top to bottom, the paint mist and water are fully mixed in the lower part of the spray booth, thereby achieving the goal of purifying spray paint exhaust gas. 水簾式噴漆房也是根據廢氣處理的方式作為分類依據的一種噴漆房設備，它是利用水循環來捕捉漆霧的一種設備。它是利用水的“皮膜”效應與粘帶性使油漆與水混合而使油漆與空氣脫離，從而達到凈化油漆廢氣的目的。它一般由排風裝置、供水裝置、捕集漆霧水簾和噴淋裝置、氣水分離裝置、風道等構成。水簾式噴漆房的性能主要取決于水泵和排風機的配套性及漆霧與水的混合接觸情況。因此，水流的變化、水量的選擇、空氣與水的混合接觸情況是直接影響到漆霧捕集的主要因素。

The water curtain spray booth is also a type of spray booth equipment that is classified based on the method of waste gas treatment. It is a device that uses water circulation to capture paint mist. It utilizes the "skin film" effect and adhesion of water to mix paint with water and separate paint from air, thus achieving the goal of purifying paint exhaust gas. It is generally composed of exhaust devices, water supply devices, paint mist water curtains and spraying devices, air water separation devices, air ducts, etc. The performance of a water curtain spray booth mainly depends on the compatibility of the water pump and exhaust fan, as well as the mixing and contact between the paint mist and water. Therefore, the changes in water flow, the selection of water volume, and the mixed contact between air and water are the main factors that directly affect the capture of paint mist.

無泵水幕噴漆房是一種濕式噴漆房，通過空氣流與水幕的撞擊，以達到廢氣與水的充分混合，漆霧廢氣經過多層過濾，從而實現更高廢氣處理效率的漆霧處理設備。由于廢氣處理效率、運行維護費用等問題，該類型噴漆房應用相對較少。

The pumpless water curtain spray booth is a wet spray booth that achieves a complete mixture of exhaust gas and water through the impact of air flow and water curtain. The paint mist exhaust gas is filtered through multiple layers to achieve higher exhaust gas treatment efficiency. Due to issues such as waste gas treatment efficiency and operation and maintenance costs, this type of spray booth is relatively less commonly used.

整體移動式噴漆房

Integrated mobile paint booth

整體移動式噴漆間的設計目的，是為了滿足較大型工件 打磨或噴漆的需要。整體移動式噴漆房每套房體配備 2-3 個排風凈化工位某個工位需要噴涂，房體即行走移動到工件的工位處進行操作，其他工位可以進行打磨工作，帶噴漆完畢后在移動控制房體行走到需要噴涂的工件工位，如此循環。該設計可以實現大型工件不間斷的進行噴漆工作。

The design purpose of the overall mobile paint spraying room is to meet the needs of polishing or painting larger workpieces. The overall mobile spray painting room is equipped with 2-3 exhaust and purification stations for each room. A certain station needs to be sprayed, and the room moves to the workstation of the workpiece for operation. Other workstations can perform polishing work. After the spray painting is completed, the mobile control room moves to the workstation of the workpiece that needs to be sprayed, and this cycle continues. This design can achieve uninterrupted painting of large workpieces.
