移動門架立柱和橫梁骨架采用40601.5鍍鋅方管焊接立柱門架結(jié)構。龍門立柱橫梁采用1.5mm厚鍍鋅板噴涂。移動龍門架底部兩側(cè)安裝1.5KW驅(qū)動電機、減速機和配電軸。動力分配兩端安裝主動鏈輪，動力通過鏈條傳遞到門架底部的主動移動輪上。左右各有1組驅(qū)動輪，每組有2個驅(qū)動輪。活動房伸縮支架由活動立式支架、橫梁和活動滑輪組成。豎向支撐采用60401.5矩形管焊接成矩形框架結(jié)構，尺寸為L3500W350，橫撐每隔750mm抽出。橫梁做成L12700W350的矩形框架結(jié)構，每750mm拉一次橫撐，橫撐之間用40201.5的矩形管做斜撐，12組垂直支撐和梁結(jié)構。尾部一套為固定支架，一套為移動支架。立式支架與橫梁內(nèi)壁貼PVC布，鍍鋅壓條做壓板，支架內(nèi)肋與橫梁內(nèi)肋用斜撐連接消除移動框架的橫向撓度變形。本設備主要為噴漆作業(yè)提供專用環(huán)境，滿足噴漆作業(yè)對溫度、濕度、光照、空氣潔凈度等方面的要求。移動式噴漆房是一種環(huán)保型涂裝設備。
